“WHY IT’S A COOL OFFICE: This week, Pittsburgh’s Coolest Offices goes to Beaver County and the offices of Hancock Architecture, which is located in the former Tree of Life Synagogue. The building, which was built in 1927, offers an historical structure along with new textures and materials. Managing Partner Kathy J. Bingle said: ‘Natural light spills into the studio space thanks to the large arched windows, which provides the designers with a comfortable relaxed work space to let their creative juices flow. Other areas of the office include wall openings that create a layered effect allowing for an open feel.'”
