| The Owner of this Harmonist Building in the Old Economy Historic District, Ambridge, PA, rehabilitated the interior and exterior of the building which had underwent many renovations over the years that were not sensitive to this historic structure. The brick exterior was repaired and the paint removed to expose the original brick. Windows were replaced to original sizes and new entrances were constructed. The building is now handicapped assessible and plans are for the first floor to be professional office space and the second floor is a nicely renovated residential apartment. |
